Returns & Exchanges

At The Beach Club Shop, we want you to love your seaside style, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear must be returned with the original protective liner intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hygiene seals are present and undamaged.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed.
